I want to like TVRs. At less than 2,000 pounds fiberglass construction, low production numbers and two seats, they tick a lot of boxes. The 2500M has the straight six from a Triumph which gives it giddy up over the 1300. This one in particular comes with a 5.0 Mustang drive train swap with all the bits and pieces. That would haul. But I simply don’t love the styling said the guy that loves squared off 914s. The late 60’s models look more classic with chrome bumpers, round turn lenses up front and the nostrils forward on the bonnet. Would be interesting to own and drive one either way.
For sale on Ann Arbor’s Craigslist. Seems under market by a few grand.
