Here’s a great opportunity to go racing. Listed on The Samba in Cupertino, California for $24,000 with no reasonable offer refused.
“1.8 914 race car owned by the late Chuck Forge. The car is fully race ready (Chuck had just finished getting it ready for an SCCA race the weekend before he passed away). This car has won the PCRRC and set track records at Laguna Seca (1:41.9), Infineon (1:49.0), and Firebird (1:19.41) in both EP and FP between 1985 and the present. Baker fiberglass fenders, hood, trunk and bumpers. The car comes with a TON of spare parts. Two extra sets of wheels, one with rain tires and one set of brand new slicks. There is a complete fresh spare 1.8 engine, spare transmission with limited slip and 904 main shaft (the trans in the car is equipped the same) Two extra engine cases, two sets of new Carrillo rods, New Pistons, 4 new counter weighted cranks, heads, extra body panels, suspension components and much much more. Enough stuff that you could race this car for years without buying any parts. We are looking to get around $24,000 but no reasonable offer will be refused.”
