ACORDING TO THE HARLEY DATA BOOK THERE WAS ONLY 209 OF THESE MADE THAT YEAR AND I WAS TOLD MOST OF THEM WERE EXPORTED OUT OF THE COUNTRY. THIS WAS A PROJECT OF MINE THAT I NO LONGER HAVE THE TIME TO FINISH.”
I’ve already emailed this guy on Craigslist to see if I can buy this project. I’ll keep you posted.
Ok, so I talked with the owner. I unfortunately read the ad as being a complete motor but he is only listing the items included which are cases, head, cylinder and cam covers. Without the internals it’s not much of deal at this price. I’m still thinking about it…
