“1949 Dodge COE nicely planted on a 1974 Chevy 1 ton dually pick-up chassis- 454 CI chevy engine-400turbo tranny-moved back for a soft riding truck ! power steering and brakes with a tilt wheel–it has two 1965 chevy pickup beds welded together with 1948 ford rear fenders–all new gauges with e-z wiring kit–this is not a rust bucket–can be driven anywhere—rides sweet–this truck is only 20 ft long (looks longer as cab in front)”
Have you been watching that show Counting Cars? The dude that started making guest appearances on Pawn Stars to restore Rick’s flips broke out with his own show. Apparently he has a huge business doing restorations, custom cars and bikes in Vegas.
Part of the time he takes around an old flat bed truck, that looks like this, in an attempt to buy cars from owners at their home, place of business or right off the street after he chases them down. I dig the truck he uses and found this comparable. This one here won’t allow you to haul a car but maybe “the count” can modify it for you.
On eBay in New Suffolk, New York for a starting reserved bid of $5,000.
