UPDATE:  Turns out, the first auction was a trial balloon and was looking for $20,000.  The Buy it Now is set at $19,495 and the car is back up on eBay here.  

UPDATE: This car did not make the reserve at $14,600 when it ended January 5, 2011.  Seems like good money for a car that was already paid off by the insurance at $40K and had lots of needs.
