July 30, 2011 – Eight bids only took this to $1,026 for a no sale.
July 28, 2011 – When I started senior of high school, I crashed my dad’s Dodge Lancer Turbo into a curb on a negative camber corner at Long Lake and Franklin (for those of you in the know in Michigan, heading north on Franklin then taking a left on Long Lake). Lesson learned. Punishment? Not driving my dad’s cars for a year. Crap.
But then he got a Dodge Daytona Shelby Z with a stick shift as his previous cars always were. I pleaded and got the car a week before graduation for a night on the town. Would you believe the chicks dug it? Anything new, fast looking and with a name like a beach goes over quite well with the ladies. No I didn’t crash it. But yes, I’ve always thought buying one would be ok. Plus maybe Shelby will die and it’ll get the “death bump.”
On eBay for Buy it Now of $2,000 in Salina, Kansas. Interesting project with rebuilt engine but no shots of the interior.
“I bought this car for the intent race it. I pulled the motor and had it rebuilt and set up to use Nitrous. I spent $2500 on the motor alone.
The car isnt in to bad of shape it could be driven daily.
It does have t-tops and hatch back
the motor does need to be reinstalled into the car
i do have nitrous bottle full and some of the kit that goes with the car.
If you have any questions contact me or if you want to come see it.”
