I’ve liked the Solstice since it came out as a 2006 model. I think it’s a beautiful design. Some people really like the Sky, not me. I’m a round butt, 50’s era style car vs. the robot angles of the Sky. Nevertheless, I’ve never heard anybody talk favorably about the Solstice chassis over the Miata. The Kappa platform was never found to be stiff enough. And if a round butt can’t get you stiff, then we’re all in trouble.
This car was a factory delivery with no rust proofing immediately turned into a race car. Original owner. Lots of detail about the car on eBay where the starting bid is a reserved $6,500 in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
