I was on board for a $10K BIN until I saw the pine needles trying to climb their way through the sunroof and then the rust in the back hatch area.
Fairly straight up description and ownership history, just watch out for that last line.
“not working — speedometer/odometer, power windows, front wipers, sunroof, a/c (heat works)
body very good for 1984 — dent in left fender, misc body rust (both pictured) — rust is on body only: little on bottom of passenger doors, some on bottom of rear door, dollar coin size spot below windshield on driver’s side, worst is on floor just inside the driver’s door (3 pictures)
owned seven years (3rd owner) — no service records are available, but I do have many receipts for parts — maintained by ASE Master automotive technician — 1st owner was CEO of United Airlines, he imported it into the U.S. — 2nd owner maintained vehicle through Cates automotive in Key West
mechanically sound — new radiator, new starter, new front wheel bearings, new fuel distributor, new water pump
strong engine, low miles (43,640)”
How many of the seven years of ownership do you think the odometer worked? I’m guessing not many.
