It looks more beat up than rusty but the owner does say some rust. Runs and drives but those wheels aren’t included, thank Buddha, the original snowflakes are though. I’ve always had a soft spot for GTIs. My first car was almost a follow the white Rabbit but was a BMW 2002 instead. I had a few friends that had Mark I and IIs. Cool cars. If you could turn around the drivetrain to giddy up the rear end I might be more of a player.
