September 4, 2011 – Bidding stalled at $2,024 without making reserve.
September 1, 2011 – Last night I went down to Wyandotte with trailer in tow to look at a guy’s 30 piece motorcycle collection. I was intrigued by an old Suzuki and a Sears scooter from 1966. It was worth the trip but I didn’t buy anything. On the way home I kept telling myself something else would come along, it always does. Here’s to something. On eBay near the Detroit airport.
“Up for auction is a 1966 Norton N15CS Project bike. I bought this bike with the intentions of restoring it but decided to work on my Triumph. It is used but in good condition for its age.The motor turns over with good compression and the trans shifts. It comes with what you see in the photos. The frame and engine numbers match. The seat is new from an aftermarket supplier,It comes with the tachometer, but the lens is missing. My reserve is exactly what I have in the bike.Bike comes with a clear Michigan title.”
